Review – ACC Photo Review – July (Warmth and Sunshine)

Hello Akron Camera Club members – NOTE the change of day to Tuesday (not Wednesday) and we are meeting via in person Shoot Outs and Zoom during the summer months.  

Join us on TUESDAY JULY 29, 2025 7:00 PM EST – ON LINE ONLY via Zoom for this month’s Member Photo Review.  

The Photo Ops assignment for July is ‘Warmth and Sunshine’ – Focus on the warmth of summer. This could mean sunny landscapes, beach scenes, or anything that evokes the feeling of warmth and sunlight.

Our online application called ‘Photo Ops’ is available at our website for all club members. Submit your photos directly from your computer, cell phone or tablet to be viewed at our next Member Photo Review. Each month you are given a photo assignment to encourage you to take a variety of photographs. As an alternative you may submit photos from our most recent photo shoot or your own recent photos. 

We then review the submissions and ask questions or make suggestions for an alternate way of editing your photo. This is your opportunity to share some of the photos you have been taking recently and see what your fellow photographers have been taking.  

You can post your photos to https://www.akroncameraclub.org/photoops/.  You will need to be logged into the site by selecting the person icon in the upper right of the screen. If you run into technical problems and have photos to share, Mike will be happy to post them on your behalf. Just email them to Mike Kruger at kru424@gmail.com and he will follow up with you to get you squared away for future assignments.
